Welcome to Jhb Preloved Books

Born out of a passion for reading and a desire to share that love with others, Jhb Preloved Books came to life during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an avid reader myself, I watched my daughter devour book after book during lockdown. But when her reading list ran dry and local bookstores were closed, I knew I had to act. When bookstores finally reopened, I seized the opportunity to stock up on a treasure trove of new titles.

However, our home soon became bursting at the seams with books! To make space for the new arrivals, I decided to share my passion with the community by selling some of our beloved books at affordable prices.
